Overview

Welcome to Lakeview Grand Rivers Retreat by Lawson Lodgings, a spacious 4-bedroom, 4.5-bath vacation home with room for families and groups to spread out. The home has multiple living areas across three levels, a large game room, comfortable bedrooms, outdoor gathering spaces and convenient access to the Grand Rivers area, Kentucky Lake, Lake Barkley and Land Between the Lakes.

The main level includes the primary living space, kitchen, dining area, laundry area, a bedroom and full bathrooms. The basement level includes a TV/game room with ping pong, darts, a wet bar and an additional bedroom and bathroom. The upper level includes a loft TV area, bedroom, full bath, powder room and access to an upper deck.

Guests can enjoy a covered porch, upper deck, outdoor seating, grill, fire pit and plenty of space to relax after a day at the lake or exploring the area. The home is designed for comfortable group stays, with large TVs, smart TVs, Wi-Fi, board games, a well-equipped kitchen, linens, towels, washer/dryer and starter household supplies.

This is a family-friendly lake-area home, not a party house. Parties, events, smoking, vaping and unauthorized overnight guests are not allowed. The booking guest must be present during the stay and must sign the rental agreement before check-in details are released. Quiet hours are 10 PM to 8 AM.

Exterior security cameras monitor entry areas only, including the front porch, doorbell, side entrance and rear entrance. There are no indoor cameras.

Please note that we're continuing to improve the outdoor spaces at Lawson Lodgings. The backyard is currently functional but unfinished, with additional landscaping and outdoor amenities planned for the near future. We wanted to mention this so your expectations match what you'll find upon arrival.

**Children**

Children are always welcome at Lawson Lodgings, but please note that the home has not been childproofed. The home includes decorative items, breakable furnishings, stairs, decks, games and other household features that may not be suitable for young children without close supervision. Small game pieces and other items may also present choking hazards for young children.

Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times and for determining whether the home is appropriate for their family's needs.
